Returns & Subscription Policy 💌
Ciao Cara is a mailed story experience — part letter, part keepsake, part little moment of joy.
Because of the nature of what we send (paper goods, curated inserts, and story-based content), we do not accept physical returns.
If something arrives and you’re not quite in love with it, we gently suggest:
keep it, gift it, or pass it along to someone who might need a little joy.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased.
However, they are fully transferable or giftable.
If you would like to transfer the remaining deliveries to a friend, please contact us and we’ll happily arrange it 💌
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your mail upon arrival.
If your envelope is significantly damaged, incomplete, or you’ve received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at:

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
