At Ciao Cara, we send something a little different.
Each delivery is part of a story — thoughtfully created, carefully packed, and mailed with intention.
Delivery Schedule
Ciao Cara is a monthly subscription experience.
You’ll receive:
- ✉️ One letter per month
- 📮 One postcard per month
These are sent separately, so you have two little moments to look forward to each month.
Dispatch Timing
Orders are processed in batches.
- Your first delivery will begin from our next scheduled dispatch cycle (launching July 2026)
- Ongoing deliveries are sent monthly thereafter
We’ll always do our best to keep a consistent rhythm — part of the magic is knowing something is on its way.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia, with plans to expand internationally soon.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched:
- Australia: typically 3–10 business days
Please note these are estimates only.
Delays & Postal Services
We ship via standard postal services.
Once your items have been handed over to the carrier:
- delivery is outside of our control
- delays may occur due to postal congestion, weather, or holidays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
Lost or Missing Mail
Because our deliveries are sent as letter mail:
- tracking may not always be available
- occasional delays or losses can happen (rare, but possible)
If your delivery hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Ciao Cara is not responsible for:
- incorrect or incomplete addresses
- items sent to the wrong address due to customer error
Damaged Mail
If your delivery arrives significantly damaged, please contact us within 7 days at:
