Ciao Cara offers a recurring subscription experience that includes physical mail such as letters, postcards, and curated paper goods.

Because our products are:

they may vary slightly from what is shown online.

We reserve the right to change, refine, or evolve product contents at any time.


3. Subscriptions & Billing

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to a recurring billing arrangement.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (depending on your selection)
  • Payments are automatically charged to your chosen payment method
  • You authorize us to continue billing until cancellation

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time.

  • Cancellations apply to future billing cycles
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased
  • However, they may be transferred or gifted to another recipient upon request

4. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Ciao Cara.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse or cancel orders
  • limit quantities
  • correct errors in pricing or descriptions

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices are subject to change at any time.

However:

Founding Reader Pricing

If you purchase under a “founding” or promotional offer, that pricing will be honored as stated at the time of purchase.


6. Shipping & Delivery

Ciao Cara products are physical mail items.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only
  • We are not responsible for postal delays, customs, or carrier issues
  • Risk transfers to you once items are handed to the postal service

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (paper goods, curated experiences, and story-based content):

We do not accept physical returns.

If something isn’t right for you, we encourage you to:

  • keep it
  • gift it
  • or pass it along

Refunds are only provided in cases of:

  • damaged items
  • incorrect orders

and must be reported within 7 days of receipt.


8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Ciao Cara — including:

  • letters
  • designs
  • writing
  • imagery
  • brand elements

is owned by Ciao Cara and protected by intellectual property laws.
